Computers for Beginners
A computer is an electronic device that can store and process information, or "data." You can use a computer to type documents, send email, and browse the Internet. You can also use it to do your spreadsheets, play high graphic games ,do bookwork, database management, watch movie s and play music, do Power Point presentations and much more.
For new computer users, the computer department at an electronics shop can be quite a mystery, not to mention overwhelming. However, computers really aren't that mysterious. All types of computers consist of two basic elements:
Microsoft office,Internet explorer,games and music are all (software)
Things you can buy to upgrade your computer can either be classified as hardware or software. When you learn more about these items, computers are actually very easy to understand.

- Hardware is any part of your computer that you can physicaly touch , such as the computer screen, the mouse and the keyboard.
- Software is a written set of instructions in a specific binary language that tells the hardware what to do. This is what instructs the hardware and tells it how to accomplish each task. Some examples of software are web browsers like Internet explorer, games, and word processors such as Microsoft Word.
